Great, friendly service. My jetski broke down near their marina and I had to get towed to light harbor. They completely understood I was having a crap day and let me pull my ski out of the water using their ramp. They let me sit at their dock and wait for an hour while my friend got to my car with the trailer. Great people. I will be back whenever I need gas out on the water

Only recently started frequenting Wallenpaupack and have found Lighthouse to be the best for fuel while on the lake. Easy in and easy out. Fair pricing and fast acting staff. Need fuel this is where you go.

We are at Lake Wallenpaupack on vacation. Our sea ray boat started beeping and we had to take it out of the water. We thought our vacation was over on Tuesday. Made a couple of calls to local marinas and they said they were back up for weeks. We left a message at light house marina. Ingrid from service department called us the next morning and got our boat fix by lunch time. Dont know if she is religious or not ,

But these guys were used to show how God works thru people and they are a great marina! Thanks again for rescuing us in our time of need.

Was invited to go for pontoon boat ride with a friend and a handicapped child in a wheel chair. The staff /young men were so very helpful with assisting us to get the wheelchair onto and off the boat and every other aspect of keeping the child safe. We had a wonderful time thanks to the guys!!! If there was an award for most helpful staff ,this group of young men would surely would win

Jeremy is a real easy going, down to earth nice guy. It was a pleasure working with him making the purchase of our new boat. Julie is on the ball with the paperwork, and Chris was eager to help with whatever was needed in the service department. We would definitely recommend doing business with Lighthouse Harbor marina

I recently purchased a clean and fairly new Monterey. Upon purchase, there a few unexpected mechanical issues. They were promptly and fully addressed by the service staff. Special thanks to Ingrid and her service department as well as Eric who responded when called. Jeremy and julie handled the sale professionally and Jeremy was able to immediately sell my older boat for a good price. Thanks again!

This was our first season at Lake Wallenpaupack. We frequented Lighthouse Harbor Marina for parts, supplies, etc. Our encounters with the staff there were always a pleasure. Friendly and professional.At the end of the season, I was in a bind to have my boat hauled out of the water. Lighthouse Harbor Marina was my first choice to contact because of my experience during the summer. Even though my boat was at another Marina, when I called Bill in service and asked if they would haul my boat, as I gave him the details, his responses were "OK", "no problem", "glad to be of service".I highly recommend Lighthouse Harbor Marina for any and all boating needs.

We recently purchased a 2001 20 Bayliner from Lighthouse Harbor Marina. Jeremey was extremely helpful during our initial visit, and the day of purchase. He answered every single question as if it was the first time he was asked that question.When we took the boat out for our test drive, Chris was very knowledgeable and patient as well. We did have many questions, and he answered each one as Jeremy did, as if it was the first time he was asked.I would highly recommend purchasing a new, or new to you boat here, they are very detailed oriented, and driven to please their customers!

We found Lighthouse Marina at a local boat show and fell in love with the Bennington on display. We met Jeremy Jones who took us through the process of building our own boat. He was very thorough, polite and explained every option in great detail. We took ownership of our new boat today and Jeremy spent over an hour going through all the options and details. We are truly amazed at the level of curtesy, expertise and patience that Jeremy and the rest of his staff gave us as we went through this process. The staff at Lighthouse was so nice and helpful as our first day of our week at the lake could have been a disappointment as the boat started acting up. Of course it was a Sunday, there busy day. They had us leave the boat, diagnosed the problem , fix it and notified me by 11am on Monday that we could pick the boat up.

We are now enjoying our vacation with our new boat on the lake. Thank you Ingrid and staff for helping an out of tower and new boater.

We were vacationing here and decided to rent a boat for the day. I called lighthouse marina and right away the lady on the other line was very friendly and helpful. We reserved our boat for a full day and let me add the price was reasonable. Once we arrived, the staff was very friendly, helpful and very informative. If anyone is looking to rent a boat or buy, I would recommend this place. We will definitely be back.

As first time boat owners the staff at Lighthouse marina made our boat buying experience stress free and very pleasant. Jeremy's knowledge and attention to detail was awesome. From sales to service our experience was first class especially chris, who put our boat in the water(several times) for us to look at before making our decision to buy.

I just purchased my first boat at Lighthouse Harbor Marina 2 days ago and I must say that it was such a great and enjoyable experience! Jeremy Jones took the time to talk to me and to answer all the questions I had, even the silly ones, with so much patience, knowledge and even humor. He walked me through the process step by step and worked hard to get me into the perfect boat. All of the other staff were also wonderful! This is a great bunch of people. From Service to Sales and everyone in between, I had nothing but great interactions with everyone. I had my boat stored and slipped there for 4 years. When It came time to sell it, the sales team handled everything for me and I could tell they had my interests at heart. They called with every offer, but guided me in which offers to consider and which offers were not worth consideration. This was great for me; someone who never sold a boat before. The service department is really honest and does excellent work. And they won't do unnecessary work... I got an estimate for a repair. When they started the repair, it turned out to be something a lot smaller. They could have gouged me and done the unnecessary repair, but instead they did the right thing and surprised me with a much smaller bill. Thank you Ingrid for everything. I will miss having my boat there, but I promise you I will be renting my boats from them, and when I get a new boat, it will be at Lighthouse.

I purchased a pre-owned boat from Lighthouse and it was a fantastic experience. Jeremy was straightforward, honest, and knowledgeable throughout the buying process. He is very passionate about his job. He doesnt hesitate to go the extra mile when needed and even helped me learn to dock my boat and provided me transportation from my dock back to theirs. Julie handled the registrations and purchasing paperwork and she was thorough and professional and prepared. I was in and out of the office so quickly. I cannot say enough good things about everyone I worked with. It is a well- run operation and I had no qualms about any part of the process. When I received my boat it was spotless. They did an amazing job cleaning it and it looked almost new. They took the time to review everything about how the boat worked. They made the process of purchasing a boat so easy. I would highly recommend the kindness, honesty, professionalism and quality of Jeremy and the hard working staff at Lighthouse Marina. You wont be disappointed!

My husband and I decided to purchase a pontoon boat recently and we are thrilled that we walked into the Lighthouse Harbor Marina and met Jeremy. He was so polite, knowledgeable and answered every question without hesitation. The entire staff is outstanding and service has been top notch. Dealing with Julie was delightful and Erik gave us a superb and very detailed orientation on our new boat. He was calm, patient and really made us feel comfortable. We are just thrilled with our new boat and with the staff and service!

From the moment we walked in to Lighthouse Harbor looking for a slip last year the staff have treated us like family. We have had great experiences at the fuel dock, with service, purchasing accessories and now purchasing a new pontoon. Ingrid in service is helpful and knowledgeable. Rich in sales is laid back, attentive and a pleasure to deal with. Chris (the marinas go to guy)who was the first person we met last year has been amazing, accommodating and has fielded questions and talked with us like he has known us for years. He is never too busy to spend time with us on purchases and ways to make our boating experience the best. They are all top notch and have made boating a stress free activity for my family! My wife and I purchased a second home at Lake Wallenpaupack in 2021. We were put on the waiting list for a dock in our development (normal proceedure) but did not want to wait to get a boat and get out on the water. Thankfully Lighthouse is right across from our development and we were able to purchase a boat and secure a slip for the season. Working with Rich in sales was easy. We found a boat that fit our needs in the showroom. Purchase was easy, and all done primarily online. We have a great slip, and any warranty and set up issues were handled by Dave in the shop. Every person we have encountered from the staff, to the people on our dock have been friendly and welcoming making our transition to "lake life" a pleasurable one. I would recommend Lighthouse Marina for all your boating needs.
